1. 🧾 Subscription Refunds

• Free Plans: No charges apply. No refund is needed.
• Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial use or unused API credits. Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing period.
• Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund available only within 14 days of purchase.

2. 💳 Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you've been charged incorrectly, billed more than once, or charged after cancellation, email us within 7 days at clearbit.api@gmail.com.

3. ❌ Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Terms of Service violations
• API misuse or overage fees
• Custom integrations or enterprise services

4. 🔁 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations stop auto-renewal but don't guarantee a refund unless you're within the refund window.
